These toads were photographed in Wey Meadows, Weybridge in Surrey.  Ruth used a Sony Alpha 350 DSLR.  The lens was an 18-70mm with a Hoya 55mm (+3) close up lens on the front.  She balanced the camera on a homemade bean bag made out of an old sock filled with uncooked rice tied up with a hairband.
