Andy Braker took this shot was taken on 19th September at the Attenborough Nature Reserve in Nottingham. Andy said the sun came out at just the right moment and he used his flash gun to fill in. The camera used was a Canon EOS 400D fitted with a Canon 100-400mm IS at full length ( F/9 1/200sec).
