This Marbled White on a Pyramidal Orchid was photographed by Tony Wharton at Painswick in the Cotswolds using a Pentax *ist D camera and a Pentax 200mm macro lens - on a tripod.
Tony runs a natural history group for Smethwick Photographic Society and said the group found lots of butterflies, moths, Pyramidal, Common Spotted and Musk Orchids, as well as hundreds of
Twayblades.
