Latin name: Calvia 14-punctata

Size: Approximately 6mms long

Distribution: Found in most parts of the U.K.

Months seen: March to October

Food: Aphids

Habitat: Hedgerows and woodlands.

Special features: Orange-brown wing casings with cream coloured spots. Normally found on the leaves of trees and shrubs.
