Description: This lightweight sweep net consists of a sturdy wide mouthed frame and a strong cloth
bag on a wooden handle. As its name implies you sweep the net through low vegetation (rough grass,
nettles or reeds) to collect small creatures which are resting or feeding on the plants. The technique allows you to collect large numbers of terrestrial invertebrates with very little effort.
